NMI SACRAMENTO

The Sacramento Nazarene Missions International is a part of the Nazarene Church World Wide. This site is designed to keep those in the Sacramento District informed on all things missions related.

Care & Connection

The Care and Connection Program of the Church of theNazarene is a network of personal connections between missionaries and Nazarenes around the world. Missionaries are assigned to districts and, then on the district level, connected to local churches. This gives each church an opportunity to become personally acquainted with the missionary family and their field of service. Churches correspond with the District Links Missionaries in order to develop relationships and pray for their specific needs.

In return, the churches feel a sense of involvement with the global mission enterprise of the church through regular correspondence from the missionaries, updates from their field, and even through deputation services while the missionaries are on home assignment. The missionaries are encouraged, knowing people care and pray for them. The relationships built over time personalize names and faces that both the missionaries and their Care & Connections churches value highly.

We are so excited to embark on this new journey of Care and Connection of missionaries and co-labor with them in our prayers, love, and giving. The Sacramento District has 3 categories of Missionaries under Care & Connection: The Assigned Links Missionaries, Active Missionaries From Our District and Retired Missionaries From Our District.

Please help us to love and care for ALL of our missionaries. We praise God for the work they are doing for God’s glory.

Rusty and Diane Robbins
Eurasia Region

Eurasia Region

We love to tell people about the work God is doing in the hearts and lives of people across the Eurasia region.

We have the privilege of serving the Eurasia Region in coordinator roles. Eurasia encompasses 93 sovereign nations or distinct areas across Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, North Africa, and the CIS.

Rusty is the JESUS Film Regional Coordinator with work focused in the 10/40 window to clearly present the saving grace of Jesus Christ to all, while developing passionate disciples of Jesus, and this within strong and healthy local churches.

Diane is the Nazarene Missions International (NMI) Regional Coordinator. She works with district leaders to make missions a dynamic and fully integrated part of church life.

We attended Southern Nazarene University where we met. We graduated with degrees in accounting and business. After college we went to work in the corporate world – Rusty in health services and telecommunications and Diane in the non-profit sector.

In 2000 while on vacation in Ruidoso, New Mexico, the Lord called us to leave the fast-paced Dallas lifestyle to serve in rural New Mexico at Bonita Park Nazarene Camp – we consider this our first cross-cultural ministry experience. :-)

In 2008 while on vacation in Kansas, God called us as Nazarene missionaries serving with JESUS Film Harvest Partners (JFHP). Since then, we lived in South Asia and currently reside in Busingen, Germany.

We love being part of the Church of the Nazarene! It is our privilege to serve in a way in where eternity is impacted. It is our hearts desire to come alongside others in Kingdom building. We are honored to share how God is working around the world to bring the lost to redemption.
